In the story, Santa tends a special kindness tree at the North Pole, where golden hearts grow brighter each time a child chooses kindness. When a heart is full and glowing, Santa sends it on a magical journey to the child whose caring actions made it shine.
When the heart arrives, the child discovers the it along with a letter from Santa explaining that its light comes from their own kindness. Throughout the season, the heart becomes a reminder to notice, choose, and celebrate kind moments.
The story ends with the child sending Santa a simple thank-you note showing kindness to Santa for everything he does.
